After a few failed attempts to arrange a boiler service with other companies, Magna arranged the booking in just a week. Communication before the visit was great, the engineer arrived on time, was polite, got on with the job and left the area tidy. All round great service!!

Gary went out of his way to sort an issue with our boiler. Fault reported on Friday night, was over first thing in the morning out of his normal hours, fixed it up quickly and very reasonably priced. Couldn't recommend more. Thanks so much

New Boiler Install By Magna Blueflame Ltd Can't praise this super team enough. They came to me by recommendation from others who know their quality work and customer experience. From the first call for an engineer to assess my situation to the completion of the work, the office staff and engineers were superb. The office was great with communication and assurance with constant emails, text messages / WhatsApp messages keeping us up to date with everything, including tracking details of the engineer en route. Engineers were on time and very professional with everything they did as ,well as causing minimal disruption. They removed all waste and left the area of work in a clean and tidy condition. Finally taking time to go through all the controls, etc., on our new boiler. The whole team have been fantastic in supporting me sort out problems in my new home. The communication has been excellent and they have been very flexible booking in my repairs. They did an excellent job in solving my heating issues with lots and advice and guidance along the way. Will absolutely be using them again.

2nd maintenance on a new Worcester Bosh boiler. Came ontime, good communication, no bad surprise. Kindly bled ratiators to ensure maximum efficiency. Very happy with the service.
