Gas Safety Certificates ensure the installations and appliances in your home are safe to use and are compliant with gas safety regulations.

The Process

Generally, gas safety checks can take up to an hour to carry out, though the homeowner does not need to be present during this time. Our heating engineers are able to provide the Gas Safety Certificate in an electronic format or as a hard copy, depending on your preference.

Upon completion, landlords must provide existing tenants with a copy of the Gas Safety Certificate within 28 days of the check being completed. Likewise, landlords must also provide a copy of the certificate to prospective tenants before they move in.

All Gas Safety Certificates are undertaken by Gas Safe registered heating engineers who have years of experience in the trade and are fully trained and qualified.
